Time was not on my side. I was thirty minutes off schedule to get the things done that I needed to accomplish after work. Since it was one of those few and far between days where I didn’t have a meal prepped or time to cook, I went to the drive-through line at McDonald’s for the only thing there I eat, their fish fillet sandwich.

Someone explained it to me this way. You can either be a firefighter driving to every fire, putting out every fire, and maintain your equipment, or you can be the chief and delegating who gets to fight the fire, maintain the equipment and drive the big red truck. (more…)
Believe it or not but life balance has a lot to do with your physical balance. If you are off balance that means you have put too much effort to one aspect of your life and another part of your life is suffering.
What I mean by balance is; you are enjoying good health, lifestyle doing things you want to do, work that you enjoy, and have an income that covers all your bills, enough to pursue other interest.
